How much do UEFA officials earn?

UEFA has informed their referees about significant changes to the salaries UEFA officials earn for all UEFA competition matches starting from 2012/13 UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League qualifying rounds.

The new payment scheme comprises:
1. Daily allowances
2. Lump sum to cover domestic expenses
3. Single match salaries

The daily allowance amounts to €200 and is calculated from the day of departure up to and including the day of the return journey. Domestic costs (local transport, parking, visas, hotel near the airport before departure or after arrival, etc.) are covered by a lump sum of €200 per referee.
The (additional) assistant referees' salaries are linked to the referee's salary by the ratio 0.3 (fourth officials 0.15).
