Spanish and German officials appointed for CL and EL

According to the Spanish football federation RFEF and fussball.de, which is a very reliable site as it directly gets referee appointments by the German federation DFB, there will be three Spanish and four German officiating crews in the first week of UEFA Champions League's Round of 16 and in UEFA Europa League's Round of 32.
Among others, FIFA pre list assistant referee Thorsten Schiffner will return on the international stage after twelve months of absence due to injury.
