García is an international referee since 2007 and already took control over five matches at 2011 Under-17 World Cup in his mother country including the Third Place final between Brazil and Germany.
A few hours earlier, Brazilian Sandro Ricci (1974) will be in charge of the Third Place match between Ghana and Iraq. Having received his FIFA badge only in 2011, he will be assisted by Alessandro Rocha and Emerson De Carvalho.
